CHI DINH
Because the we only had the venue booked for one day, so everything had to bet set up on the event date. At the beginning we were struggling a while when building the stage due to lack of tools. But thanks to the helps from the staffs ( Moses and Frank), we were able to build the stage successfully. Luisa was the one who directly communicated with the staffs, planning and organising the catwalk, while Claudia and I were getting ready for the back stage area.
Here are videos of testing the catwalk, matching up with the music and some pictures of back stage preparation:

During the event, Claudia was the staff welcoming the guest, directed them to the snack table to wait for their turn. Then she would lead them to me and Luisa for getting ready. I was in charged of doing hair and makeup for the guest to get ready for the runway, also thanks to the extra helps from Luisa when the event was crowded. the guest to get ready for the runway.

When they ready, Claudia would lead them to they runway and let them be the “star” of the show. Erica was in charged of playing the music at the back.

There were two cameras recording the whole event from the beginning of the catwalk, they were set at the front and the side of the runway. Also Chien and Sushii were the two students who volunteered as photographers, thanks to them we have had AMAZING photos. Plus, as mentioned in "Process" part, we had a haze machine to boost the effect for the fashion show. The foggy effect around the icebergs has helped the set became more " winter-like".

We made icebergs in the studio of The Clock Tower. On due date, our EED director, Peter Hatton has offered us a ride to move the icebergs to the Galv. Thanks to him and other friends, we have successfully moved the icebergs without breaking them.
